To schedule an appointment please contact us by phone. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all spa services.
Cancellations made in less than our required 24-hour policy may result in a $50.00 fee charged to your credit card.
We suggest clients arrive 15 min. prior to appointment time for completion of paperwork. Prompt arrival time ensures receiving full benefit of services. We do regret, late arrival clients will not receive time extensions and will remain responsible for full service fees.
Clients who have purchased coupons must abide by all spa policies when redeeming services.
Clients who have scheduled an appointment and do not respect our 24-hour notice of cancellation policy will forfeit their coupon and services will not be rendered.
Services for late arrival clients will be adjusted. Clients may not receive the full treatment due to the tardiness of the client.
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time services are rendered.
Our return policies are in accordance with those of our suppliers. Product needs to be in original condition and returned with-in 14 days of purchase, with receipt for Boutique credit only.
Please leave all valuables at home. The Facial Boutique and Wellness Spa is not responsible for missing, lost or damaged items.

We accept most forms of payment, Master Card, Visa, Debit, personal check, and cash.
Gratuity may be given to your therapist, at your discretion, in appreciation for outstanding services rendered. A customary 15% to 20% is suggested, gratuities are not included in price of service.
